What to expect- You lead and motivate a dedicated team of branch employees
- You ensure the efficient organization and smooth operation of the branch
- You provide competent, customer-oriented advice and assist in selecting gifts from our diverse product range
- You ensure the attractive presentation of our extensive confectionery and chocolate assortment, including through creative store design
- You take responsibility for the numbers, ensure proper handling of cash transactions, and guarantee correct accounting
- You manage ordering and ensure that sufficient goods are always available
- You ensure that our hygiene and freshness concept is always adhered to
- You take over personnel planning in shift work and are actively involved in the recruitment process
- You have successfully completed further training as a retail specialist
- You have extensive experience in leading teams
- You bring several years of sales and leadership experience in fashion retail and are characterized by high social competence and a strong leadership personality
- You always prioritize the highest quality and customer orientation, even in turbulent times
- You gladly take responsibility, think proactively within the team, and promote positive collaboration
- You have solid IT skills and enjoy working independently and solution-oriented
- You appreciate open and respectful communication and are proficient in German and English; knowledge of French and other languages is an additional advantage
- You are not afraid of flexible working hours and are willing to take responsibility on weekends and four public holidays
