Senior Controller
Are you interested in helping shape controlling for over 2,300 buildings and 12,000 properties in a small, collegial team of 3? An exciting real estate portfolio awaits you with schools, justice and administrative buildings, police buildings, cultural buildings, residential houses, workshops, and castles – right in the heart of Zurich.
Your tasks
- You plan and control the budget as well as the multi-year planning together with your business partners and ensure that financial requirements are reliably met.
- Through your analysis of deviations and key figures as well as the creation of forecasts, you create transparency about the financial situation of the office and enable forward-looking control.
- You prepare meaningful reports and actively develop the reporting landscape further.
- You support the office management and executives with financial and economic questions and prepare well-founded decision-making bases.
- You accompany internal audits, check financial transactions and processes for accuracy and efficiency, and contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes.
Your profile
- Degree with a Master from a University of Applied Sciences or University in Business Administration, Controlling, Financial Management, or comparable qualification
- At least 5 years of experience in controlling
- Very good German skills, spoken and written
- Solid knowledge of SAP FI/CO and PowerBI is an advantage
- Experience in public administration or public finance is an advantage
