We are looking for an experienced personality from event technology to strengthen our team in handling demanding projects. Do you like to work in a structured way on technical concepts, calculations, and offers? Do you develop well-thought-out technical solutions from requirements and convincingly get to the point? Then become part of our Habegger team.

In this position, you will mainly work in the office and be responsible for the technical project management as well as the preparation of offers in the field of event technology. On-site assignments take place selectively and punctually – especially for quality assurance and to reconcile planning and implementation.

Exciting challenges

Technical elaboration and preparation of offers in concept, planning, and implementation phases – from requirements analysis to final calculation

Development of technical solution concepts including sketches, system designs, and variant comparisons for visualization (Vectorworks)

Analysis of requirements, budget frameworks, willingness to pay, and feasibility in close cooperation with customers

Technical coordination with partners, suppliers, and subcontractors as well as obtaining and evaluating external offers

Support of project management in project preparation and execution: order reconciliation, post-calculations, project-related controlling, coordination of materials, trades, and external specialists

You bring with you

Completed technical training in the event sector or comparable qualification

At least 5 years of experience in technical planning, calculation, and offer preparation in the field of event technology

Experience in supplier coordination as well as in the professional review of offers

Good CAD user skills, ideally with Vectorworks

Fluent German in spoken and written form, business fluent English; French is an advantage
