Senior Commercial Property Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for an industry expert in the Zurich region to join our team as a "Priverian" and support us in achieving our goals.

• Independent management of an exciting property portfolio consisting almost exclusively of commercial properties with institutional owners
• Professional leadership of assistants or junior property managers
• Representing the ownership towards tenants, authorities, and craftsmen
• Ensuring the process from tenant termination to re-letting of the properties
• Coordinating and implementing leasing activities, sustainability topics, and strategies
• Inspecting the properties for their structural condition and organizing maintenance work
• Preparing owner reports as well as control and condition reports

• A commercial qualification with a specialist certificate in property management is mandatory
• You have at least 3 years of experience in property management
• You have solid experience in the commercial sector
• Fluent German, foreign language skills are a plus
• You are courageous, flexible, and set necessary priorities
• As a real estate professional, you gladly face every new challenge
