Ward Manager / Ward Manager Measure Station

Your Tasks
- Professional, personnel and organisational management of the ward as well as ensuring professional nursing and care according to defined professional standards
- Personnel management and development of the nursing team, including staff deployment planning and recruitment
- Ensuring optimal interdisciplinary collaboration in the forensic-psychiatric treatment setting
- Responsibility for concept and organisational development as well as active participation in projects
- Budget responsibility and ensuring economical ward management
- Promotion of a safety-conscious and offence-oriented treatment culture in the closed setting
Your Profile
- Recognised professional training in the nursing field HF/FH as well as further training in leadership, e.g. CAS Leadership, or willingness to complete this
- CAS in forensic-psychiatric nursing and care advantageous or willingness to complete this
- Several years of professional and leadership experience in the forensic or acute psychiatric field
- Ability to work safely and solution-oriented in a closed setting
- Reflective, result- and consensus-oriented thinking and acting
- High resilience, flexibility and pronounced communication skills
