Job Description
We are looking for a Junior People Operations & Administration (ITA market) to join our People Operations team of around 1,700 people worldwide and help power up the traveller’s journey for millions of holidaymakers.
This role will focus on supporting HR administrative activities for the Italian market, working closely with our external payroll provider and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient people operations.

Team - you will join the People Operations team

Location - Chiasso, Switzerland
Contract - Permanent - full-time (EUR 36 h/week)
What your impact will be :
Handle day-to-day HR administrative and operational activities for the Italian population.
Act as a key contact point with the external payroll provider, ensuring data accuracy, deadlines, and compliance.
Handle monthly payroll processes for Italy in collaboration with payroll providers and internal teams.
Maintain and update employee data, contracts, and documentation in HR systems.
Ensure compliance with Italian labor laws and regulations, escalating complex matters when needed.
Assist in HR audits, reporting, and documentation preparation.
Contribute to process improvements and support the optimization of HR administrative workflows.
Participate in cross-country HR initiatives and People Operations projects.
Qualifications
Your expertise :
2–3 years of experience in HR Administration, HR Operations, or similar roles.
First-hand experience working with external payroll providers.
Practical experience with HR/payroll tools such as Zucchetti, ADP, Deel, or similar systems.
Good understanding of Italian labor law fundamentals.
Strong attention to detail and structured way of working.
Fluent in Italian and English (English is a must).
Desirable :
Experience in an international or multi-country environment.
Exposure to HR systems implementation or process standardization projects.
Knowledge of additional HR tools or payroll systems.
