For an established company in the Bern area, we are looking for a committed and responsible individual as Deputy Head of Finance, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks:

• Deputising for the Head of Finance
• Managing the financial accounting
• Supporting accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting
• Assisting with monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• Supporting budgeting, reporting and forecasts
• Further development of the internal control system (ICS)
• Participating in process optimisations and digitalisation projects
• Preparing analyses and evaluations

Your profile:

• Commercial basic training
• Further education in finance and accounting (federal diploma) or higher vocational school/university of applied sciences
• Several years of experience in finance and accounting
• Good knowledge of financial accounting and financial statements
• Experience with ICS and compliance is an advantage
• Independent, structured and reliable working style
• Responsible and team-oriented personality
• Very good German and French skills, Italian is an advantage
