Your tasks
- Processing of creditors in the electronic workflow
- Accurate checking and processing of invoices for care financing
- Assignments at the city treasury (mainly break and holiday replacement)
- Support in the school department for financial questions
- Booking and reconciliation of postal and bank accounts
Your profile
- Commercial training
- Experience in public administration is an advantage
- Confident handling of IT
- Accurate and independent working style
- Responsible, flexible and resilient personality
