Legal Compliance Officer 60%-80%

Your Tasks

• Assessing legal issues and drafting legal opinions in all areas of the company, its subsidiaries, and mandates (including financial market law/money laundering, collective investment schemes/asset management, investment foundations, data protection, occupational pension schemes, labor law, corporate housekeeping)
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and customer agreements as well as legal support for projects and legal cases
• Function as internal data protection officer
• Monitoring and optimizing policies, directives, processes, and regulatory requirements according to Swiss supervisory law and internal guidelines of the Avadis Group
• Advising, supporting, and training employees of the operational units and management in all compliance matters
• Supporting the Head of Legal/Compliance/Risk, especially in preparing reports for the Board of Directors and during regulatory audits

Your Profile

• Completed law degree and practical experience in relevant legal areas, further training in legal and/or compliance fields is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in the financial market law environment (e.g., asset managers), with broad legal know-how and data protection knowledge
• Strong independence, assertiveness, and analytical skills
• Entrepreneurial thinking, high initiative, and clear result orientation
• Fluent German and very good English skills, both spoken and written
