Spitex Bodensee is a medium-sized, lively company located in Goldach. We care for the residents of six municipalities in the region in two shifts.

Nursing Service Management 60-80%

Your tasks 

• Management of the entire nursing area with strategic foresight and heart.
• Ensuring and further developing nursing quality – professionally, personnel-wise, and organizationally.
• Leadership and promotion of team leaders and nursing experts in a appreciative culture.
• Design and implementation of projects, digitalization, and innovation.
• Representation of nursing internally and externally with expertise and commitment.

Your profile

• Diploma in Nursing HF/FH with further training in leadership or management (CAS/DAS).
• Several years of management experience in Spitex.
• Enjoyment of leadership, quality development, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and strategic thinking.
