 In this responsible position, you take over the entire financial accounting and are the central contact person for all financial matters. You think entrepreneurially, keep an overview, and bring in your experience to further develop structures and processes.

• Managing accounts receivable, accounts payable, and financial accounting
• Managing open items including dunning
• Processing payroll including shift work
• Preparing monthly and annual financial statements and reporting
• Reconciliation & preparation of VAT returns
• Planning and monitoring liquidity (weekly and rolling)
• Supporting the forecast process
• Evaluating key figures and reporting to management
• Developing KPIs for corporate management

• Mandatory federal diploma in finance and accounting or a business degree or comparable education 
• Several years of practical professional experience in finance 
• Several years of professional experience in an SME, ideally in a similar role 
• Hands-on mentality 
• Team player with a holistic view 
• Strong analytical skills 
• Confident German, good English skills, and French skills are an advantage 
• Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel 
• Structured, independent, and reliable working style 
• Enjoyment of responsibility, accuracy, and process optimization 
• Entrepreneurial thinking with an eye for efficiency and quality
