For the Technical Facilities group of the Building Technology section, we are looking for a

Your tasks

Planning and execution of legally required as well as operational inspections and maintenance of all cranes and lifting equipment
Complete documentation of crane logbook and crane journal
Troubleshooting and repairs on cranes and their controls
Implementation of technical modifications such as travel limits or radio controls
Dismantling of crane systems
Inspection of lifting gear and load handling equipment
Participation in new projects - from requirement evaluation through offers to construction management

Your profile

Completed technical vocational training (e.g., polymechanic, automation technician, electrician, or comparable)
Several years of experience as a service technician for industrial crane systems
Experience with control technology (fault finding, reading electrical diagrams)
Good German skills as well as IT knowledge
Physical resilience and ability to work at heights without fear of heights
Willingness to undertake specialized further training in the field of crane service
