Field of activity
You teach and conduct research in the field of contract law
You supervise students and support doctoral candidates in writing their theses
You are also involved in continuing education and administrative tasks of the Faculty
Collaboration with the "Institute for International Business Law" would be welcome
Requirements
You have excellent scientific skills and are passionate about teaching
You hold a habilitation (or an equivalent title) or are engaged in the process leading to it
Ideally, you also have a lawyer's license or comparable practical experience in private law, professional or scientific experience abroad, and an understanding of comparative law and European private law
The University of Fribourg is bilingual (French/German). Knowledge of the second language (oral level B1) is expected. If not, it must be acquired within two years of starting the position
