Certified Nursing Specialist for Vocational Education Function (HF/FH, 50% to 80%, m/f/d)

Your main tasks are

• Co-responsibility for ensuring the training mandate
• Co-responsibility for the professional leadership and promotion of trainees/interns in the specialist area
• Co-responsibility for quality assurance and development in connection with the training of trainees/interns
• Participation in the recruitment of new trainees/interns
• Involvement in the qualification process of trainees/interns
• Collaboration in the creation of processes and goals as well as documentation related to vocational education
• Interdisciplinary cooperation, also with other professional groups
• Deployment in nursing and care 

You have

• Completed training as HF/FH or equivalent, Swiss-recognized qualification
• At least 2 years of professional experience as a nursing specialist, preferably in long-term care
• Completed vocational trainer course (5 days) or willingness to complete it
• High degree of independence and flexibility
• Team spirit and enjoyment in working with young people starting their careers
• Strong professional, social, and personal competence to train trainees/interns professionally and with commitment
• Distinct quality awareness combined with competent, friendly interaction with all stakeholders
• Good German skills as well as good knowledge of MS Office 365

We offer a home to around 100 residents in 3 residential buildings. One of our goals is to maintain and promote the autonomy of our residents for as long as possible.
