Operations Mechanic m/f/d (100% workload) immediately or by agreement.
Since 1946, we have been developing, producing, and distributing technically sophisticated plastic parts and assemblies of the highest precision for the industrial, medical technology/diagnostics, and laboratory sectors. Today, under the umbrella of the Swedish NOLATO Group, we are an internationally active company employing around 300 people at the Swiss site in Degersheim.
To complement our team in the maintenance department, we are looking for an
Operations Mechanic m/f/d (100% workload).
* Troubleshooting machines and production equipment to ensure smooth operation
* Ensuring operational safety, availability, and reliability of all technical systems
* Performing maintenance work
* Participating in the continuous improvement and optimization of machines and processes
* Further development and modernization of technical systems
* Independently managing specific machines and special equipment
* Creating, maintaining, and updating technical documentation
* Completed basic training as a polymechanic or in a related mechanical field
* Solid experience in maintenance as well as in mechanics, pneumatics, and sensor technology
* Knowledge of hydraulics and further training in electrical engineering are advantageous
* Analytical and networked thinking with a systematic and solution-oriented working style
* Assertive, flexible, and precise in execution
* Team player with willingness for on-call duty
* Very good German skills in spoken and written form
