Certified Nurse / Certified Nurse HF, Workload from 30%
Your tasks
- Management of the care and support process for the clients assigned to you
- Taking over case management with the assessment tool InterRai HC
- Responsibility for the implementation of the nursing diagnostic process
- Support of employees in specialist questions and in complex wound treatments
- Co-responsibility in ensuring the required quality of care
- Interdisciplinary cooperation with relatives, doctors and other services
Your profile
- Certified Nurse HF, DN II, AKP or SRK-recognized training at tertiary level
- User knowledge of Perigon and InterRai HC is an advantage
- High social and professional competence
- Very good oral and written German skills
- Driver's license category B
Facts
- Start immediately or by arrangement
- At least 5 weeks of vacation
- Regular two-shift system with early shift (07:00–16:45) or late shift (16:45–22:00)
- You work a maximum of two weekends per month
- In addition to the statutory family allowances, we pay CHF 150.– per child monthly.
