Profile
The physician works independently and interdisciplinarily, promoting the skills required by the function of Head Physician.
Necessary requirements
- degree/diploma in medicine and specialization in Internal Medicine or an equivalent title. For doctors with foreign titles, recognition by the Federal Commission for Medical Professions MEBEKO and related registration with MedReg (https://www.medregom.admin.ch) is mandatory before starting the activity
- proven knowledge of the Italian language with related registration with MedReg before starting the activity (required level B2), knowledge of other national languages and English is desirable
- proven clinical experience in Intensive Care Medicine (6 months) is desirable
- initiative, strong relational and communication skills
- organizational skills and predisposition to interdisciplinary collaboration
- flexibility and positive attitude, enjoyment of working in a team and collaborating across departments
- proficiency with computer tools
