To complete our team of the Technical Service of the Regional Hospital of Bellinzona and Valli, Acquarossa site, we are looking for a
Maintenance Collaborator (80%)
Profile:
The person we are looking for holds the federal certificate of capacity as an electrical installer (or equivalent title) and also possesses, or can obtain, the qualification as a factory electrician. The SOA training certificate or equivalent title as a maintenance specialist is a preferred qualification.
At least 5 years of experience in the operation and maintenance of complex buildings and technical systems (hospital and/or industrial facilities) with significant experience in plant/building management (RVCS area) using dedicated software and main IT tools is desirable. Proven project management skills and plant implementation experience are preferred. Furthermore, the candidate has good knowledge of the main IT tools (Office package, plant management applications) and knows, besides Italian, at least one other national language (preferably German). The candidate holds a category B driving license.
Residence in the region is essential (maximum intervention time for on-call duty 30 minutes).
The future collaborator is available for shift work, outside regular hours, on holidays, as well as for on-call service and occasionally to work at the Bellinzona site.
Moreover, the person is dynamic with strong manual and organizational skills and has a strong predisposition to work in a team; is flexible and has a good spirit of initiative. They can remain calm under stress even in difficult situations, finding effective solutions with their knowledge and technical skills.
