About the job
We are looking for a motivated person for our radiology department
Your tasks
- Ensuring high-quality, efficient, and patient-oriented care in the radiology area
- Proper execution and monitoring of X-ray and CT examinations while adhering to the highest quality standards
- Professional and personnel management of 5 employees as well as fostering a positive working atmosphere
- Responsibility for the further development of the department (personnel, equipment, innovation, new working time/work method models)
- Main responsibility for compliance with radiation protection regulations
- Close, constructive collaboration with internal specialist departments and external referrers
Your profile
- Completed training as a certified radiology specialist HF with good German skills, SRK recognition for foreign degrees
- Several years of professional experience in diagnostic radiology, ideally with management experience and radiation protection training
- Commitment, decisiveness, and interest in the further development of processes and employees
- Team-oriented personality with enthusiasm for interdisciplinary collaboration
- Independent working style with strong, pronounced organizational skills
