Social Insurance Specialist (60%)

Procap is the largest Swiss self-help organization for people with disabilities. It notably provides social insurance advice throughout Switzerland.

We are looking for our social insurance advice center in Lausanne for a:

Your tasks:

• Advise our members from the cantons of VD, VS, and GE in the field of social insurance and represent them by mandate within the framework of the administrative procedure
• Establish and develop contacts with administrative authorities and other organizations
• Ensure the administrative tasks inherent to the position

Your profile:

• Holder of a social insurance specialist certificate or equivalent training
• Writing skills with proven experience in drafting appeals
• Ability to analyze, synthesize, and understand complex situations
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with very good stress resistance related to time constraints (deadlines)
• Ability to handle complex or emotionally charged advisory situations
• Excellent writing skills and proven experience in drafting administrative documents
• Proficiency in the Windows environment and MS Office tools
• Sensitivity to disability issues
