The Swiss Red Cross Canton Aargau is committed with over 130 employees and around 950 volunteers to people in difficult life situations. For our dedicated Marketing and Fundraising team, we are looking for a proactive personality with drive as Content and Communications Manager 70 to 80 % starting January 1, 2026, or by arrangement.

What you can achieve

Planning, creating, and publishing content (text, image, video) for digital channels

Editorial planning and writing texts, including press releases, donation newspaper, newsletter, intranet

Management, evaluation, and further development of social media channels

Participation in projects of the Marketing & Fundraising department

Assistance in donation management and data maintenance

What you bring

Education or further training in communication or journalism

Experience in content production (text, image, video)

A good sense for storytelling, topics, target groups, and tone

Confident German language skills and a creative writing style

Experience with social media (Meta, LinkedIn)

Initiative, networked thinking, team spirit, and creativity

Bonus: You are well connected in Canton Aargau
