Your role:
Lead the planning and execution of our most complex cross-team projects. Work with the technical leads as well as the product team to translate new initiatives into robust project plans. Drive the execution of those plans through ongoing tracking of progress, managing dependencies and resolving roadblocks. Establish a trustworthy rapport with all stakeholders while holding them accountable for committed deliverables. Get your hands dirty in reviewing requirements or implementing simple technical solutions if there’s a need. Do whatever it takes to stick to your project commitments. Contribute with your experience to advance the TPM practice and tooling at Daedalean. Get stuff done.

- Proven track record of successful and timely project delivery, including financial and technical commitment under ambiguity.
- Experience in managing cross-functional projects under tight deadlines including external parties , e.g. contractors and suppliers.
- Delivery and certification experience from the aviation industry (PDR, CDR, SOI#1/2/3/4 etc.)
- BSc in a technical discipline.
- Solid understanding of common project management methodologies.
- Fine-tuned interpersonal skills to synthesize strong opinions into a shared goal.
- Data-driven mindset combined with a hands-on attitude.
