Your tasks

Personnel, organizational and economic management of the kitchen
Ensuring smooth operations in daily business as well as needs-based catering for residents, guests and employees
Menu planning and offer creation
Monitoring, organizing and optimizing processes
Preparation of the annual budget in the kitchen area

We expect

Further training as a head chef or equivalent
Several years of professional experience in residential and community catering is an advantage
Experience in a management position is desirable
Creativity and passion for gastronomy
Strong organizational skills and business understanding
Initiative, service- and implementation-oriented personality
