Assembly Supervisor 100% (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:
- You lead an assembly team of 20 - 30 employees both professionally and disciplinarily, including personnel deployment planning
- You are responsible for the timely, quantitative, and qualitative production of our products
- You optimize our processes and increase quality and efficiency in terms of lean management
- This also includes initiating and controlling continuous improvement processes (CIP)
Your qualifications:
- You have completed a basic technical education (EFZ)
- You have further trained as an industrial foreman or master craftsman
- You bring leadership experience in an industrial environment
- You can demonstrate success in lean management
- You work independently, systematically, and are an organizational talent
- You score with assertiveness, good communication skills, and openness to different cultures
