• Take on the strategic, personnel, and professional leadership of the receivables management team.
• Handle complex debt collection cases in collaboration with customer service and the legal department.
• Plan resources efficiently and align business interests with customer concerns.
• Drive the ongoing optimization and efficiency of processes.
• Regularly prepare reports on operational and financial key figures.

• You are eager to take receivables management to the next level with your experience in debt collection/reminder management.
• Your educational background includes commercial vocational training and business management further education.
• You already lead with passion or have gained leadership experience in a deputy role.
• You remain confident in difficult conversations and conflicts – when the situation demands, you assert yourself.
• Very good German skills at native speaker level as well as fluent English.
