The goal of the association is the integration and promotion of people who are limited in their employment for personal, health, social or similar reasons. With the support of the network and know-how of the Wyniger Group, the association offers accompanying and attractive job opportunities in the companies of the entire group.</div><div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><br></div><div style=\"text-align: justify;\">In addition, since August 2022, the MALIAN association has been operating several school bistros on behalf of the Department of Education <span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Basel-Stadt, which serve as meeting places and provide meals for students, teachers, and other guests. Since February 2023, the MALIAN Manufactory has also been part of the association. In this production facility, food is produced, mostly from rescued ingredients, and distributed through its own sales channels.</span></div>
JOB DESCRIPTION
<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">As a Job Coach, you support people in their professional integration and accompany them individually on their path to work or training. You promote their skills, motivate them in challenges, and work closely with our team as well as external partners. Through your practical support, you actively contribute to making our integration offers effective and helping participants successfully take the step into the labor market.</div>
YOUR TASKS
<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">As a Job Coach, you accompany people on their way into the labor market and ensure that our integration offers are implemented effectively and practically. You plan, organize, and document integration measures according to the requirements of the referring authorities and support participants individually in all phases of the integration process. This includes individual coaching on workplace-related and personal topics, application training, as well as advice in challenging situations.</div><div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><br></div><div style=\"text-align: justify;\">You work closely with companies, authorities, referring agencies, and other partners and are available as a competent contact person for professional and organizational questions. Careful documentation of progress, report preparation, and continuous optimization of processes and offers are also part of your tasks. With your commitment and proactive approach, you contribute decisively to the successful integration of our participants and the continuous development of our programs.</div>

<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">You have a recognized coaching or counseling qualification and have already gained experience in coaching in the social or labor market environment. Ideally, you are also familiar with working with people assigned by disability insurance (IV). You are professionally competent, convince with good manners, and share our values and philosophy.</div><div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><br></div><div style=\"text-align: justify;\">You work independently, are flexible and well organized, and at the same time a team player with clear communication and a high sense of responsibility.
