The further development of the ICT infrastructure as well as the support and management of projects of the departments also belong to your portfolio, whereby you specifically manage IT projects with a focus on AI and digitalization from idea to implementation.

IT and Digitalization Project Manager 80-90%

Your main tasks

• Management of municipal IT projects with a focus on AI and digitalization
• Coordination of collaboration between various specialist departments within projects
• Active participation in the further development of the municipal IT landscape – especially in the area of AI and digitalization
• Development, maintenance, and optimization of methods, processes, and standards for IT project management

What you bring

• Completed further education in business informatics, business administration, or project management with an IT focus or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in managing IT projects, ideally in the public sector
• Strong affinity for AI and digitalization
• Experience in leading and coordinating interdisciplinary teams (internal, external)
• Solid practical experience in project management (classical and agile methods, including change management)
• High independence, assertiveness, and social competence
• Enjoy bringing people, processes, and technologies together and actively shaping our city on its way into the digital future
