Your tasks

As part of the "Farm and Family" team, you advise and support farming families in the following areas:

Internal and external family farm transfers
Agricultural law issues in the areas of lease law, land law, direct payments, and spatial planning
Design of inter-farm cooperation forms
Support of farming families in change processes
Farm analyses and preparation of profitability and viability calculations

Additionally, you provide instruction in basic and advanced agricultural education and are involved in cantonal as well as national committees and projects in your field.

Your profile

You have a degree from a higher agricultural education (master craftsman examination, technician) or a university in agronomy.
You think and act entrepreneurially.
You like people and have an authentic and engaging demeanor.
You enjoy working with numbers and are interested in agricultural legal issues.
Ideally, you already have experience from a comparable activity.
