Your Tasks
- Leadership: Responsible for the personnel, professional, and administrative management of our nursing team in Braunwald
- Further Development: As a member of the management team, you actively contribute to the development of the location
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely in an interprofessional team with other nursing staff, therapists, and doctors
- Nursing: Take responsibility with the nursing team for high-quality care
Your Profile
- Education: Completed training as a Registered Nurse HF/FH or an equivalent recognition with at least one positive SRK PreCheck
- Experience: You already have professional experience in the psychiatric field and preferably also leadership experience
- Licenses: You possess a professional practice license (BAB) or are willing to apply for one
- Personality: You enjoy working in an interprofessional team, think in networks, and always look for solution-oriented approaches. Your positive, communicative nature and pronounced quality awareness characterize you as a person.
- IT Skills: Proficient in handling common computer programs (Outlook, Clinical Information System, Planning Software Polypoint)
