Our Ward 2 South is a highly specialized team of 45 committed employees dedicated to the comprehensive care of up to 43 patients in five carefully structured zones. Our focus is on the nursing and treatment of multimorbid patients with acute medical as well as postoperative needs. We work in nursing according to the principles of Lean Management.

Your tasks

Represent the ward management in their absence

Support the ward management in department management

Take on delegated tasks from the ward management, e.g.: evaluations and reporting, staff scheduling, management of materials and medications

Represent the department internally and externally in coordination with the ward management

Support nursing experts and specialists in implementing professional topics

Participate in and apply instruments for quality assurance in nursing

Enforce quality standards

Contact person for all shifts regarding department-related matters

Your profile

Diploma in Health and Nursing HF / FH / B.Sc

Further training in management / leadership

Functionally necessary professional and specialized knowledge

Communication skills, cooperation skills, customer orientation, and business thinking
