Correctional Services and Reintegration (JuWe) is part of the Directorate of Justice and the Interior of the Canton of Zurich and is responsible for penal and measures enforcement as well as the implementation of various types of detention. For our 1,400 employees from around 40 professions, the successful social reintegration of offenders and the prevention of recidivism are of particular importance.

Your tasks include the following
We in the Recruitment & Assessment team at JuWe actively shape the future of our office – by finding the right talents for our diverse positions. We do not rely on gut feeling but use sound, scientifically supported selection procedures.
- You take full responsibility for demanding recruitments from profile creation through direct search to employment confirmation
- You competently advise and support our line managers throughout the entire recruitment cycle and actively contribute your experience
- You use modern selection tools, evaluate online assessments, interpret their results, and ensure a sound basis for decision-making
- You work on projects to further develop our recruitment processes, tools, and candidate experience
- You support our team professionally and contribute to a culture of learning, quality, and joy in good HR work
Your profile
- You have a Swiss federal HR specialist certificate as well as a CAS in recruitment or assessment; a master's degree is an advantage
- With over five years of experience in recruiting, you bring the necessary expertise and sensitivity
- German is your mother tongue, and you present yourself confidently and authentically to various stakeholders
- You convince with strong consulting skills, situational sensitivity, and the ability to engage people on equal footing
- You like to take responsibility, actively drive processes and topics forward, and work team-oriented on sustainable solutions
