Restaurant Manager m/f

We are looking for a Restaurant Manager / Chef de Service (m/f) to lead our service team.

You can expect a young, motivated team where laughter is also welcome. We maintain a friendly and family-like atmosphere within the team and with our guests. YOUR TASKS

• Managing the restaurant and bar with a team of about 15 employees
• Creating duty rosters while adhering to the budget
• Regular team meetings, employee training, participation in management meetings
• Responsible for daily restaurant closings (Breeze)
• Inventory control in restaurant & bar
• Monitoring hygiene standards
• Active assistance in breakfast and evening service

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed vocational training in hospitality
• Experience in a similar position (4 or 5* hospitality)
• Very good language skills in German & English (French is an advantage)
• Cost- and sales-oriented
• Feels comfortable in a young, dynamic team and is open to new things
• Committed, reliable, and warm personality
