What you achieve:
- Ensuring qualitative and quantitative target achievement based on relevant key figures
- Development and implementation of optimization proposals as well as initiation of corresponding measures
- Leadership and further development of a team of 18 to 22 employees
- Contact person for complex inquiries from insured persons, service providers, and authorities as well as active participation in projects
- Training and coaching of new and existing employees in expertise and the content of the Insurance Education Association (VBV)
Why you succeed:
- Commercial basic training or comparable qualification, with completed further training in the social and/or health insurance sector
- Professional certificate in insurance is mandatory, preferably further training at HF or FH level
- Extensive expertise in customer support in the insurance environment as well as experience in team leadership
- Fluent German and English skills in spoken and written form; foreign language skills in French or Italian are an advantage
- Strong consulting competence, excellent service mindset, high flexibility, and a strong digital mindset
