To strengthen the Business Development department, we are looking for a young, ambitious Junior Business Development Manager 100% (m/f/d) at our headquarters in Bützberg, starting immediately or by arrangement.
In this role, you will actively shape the expansion and further development of the corporate group.
Your tasks:
- Support in the strategy development of the group and the various business units.
- Preparation of decision-making bases for the group management and the board of directors.
- Assessment of investment projects and preparation of business plans.
- Support of M&A transactions in collaboration with internal and external specialists.
- Preparation of company valuations.
- Monitoring the market environment, relevant trends, and technological developments.
- Preparation of market analyses.
In your role, you are often part of an interdisciplinary team and work closely with other departments.
Your profile:
- Completed studies in business administration (university/FH).
- Ideally, you have initial experience in corporate and strategy development or controlling, preferably from an industrial environment.
- Dynamic, proactive, and assertive personality.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills support you in your daily work.
- High independence, quick comprehension, and customer- and team-oriented.
- You are interested in other cultures and enjoy traveling. Last but not least, you are fluent in German and English.
