Service description:
The hospital purchasing department ensures the supply of goods, services, and equipment necessary for the proper functioning of medical and administrative activities. It guarantees product quality, compliance with regulatory procedures, and cost optimization, while working closely with care teams and suppliers.
Intended for students who, as part of their training in business school or high school (economics and commerce option), complete their course with a practical internship year, this program allows the development of solid skills, both technical and interpersonal, in a stimulating hospital environment.
Additionally, you will also have the opportunity to undertake immersion internships in other GHOL services to meet all your training objectives and better understand the hospital's overall operation.
Job description:
As a 3+1 intern in the purchasing department, you will fully integrate the team and be involved in its daily activities. Under the supervision of a trainer, you will have the opportunity to:
- Participate in offer studies and various projects.
- Contribute to the smooth running of the establishment while collaborating with different hospital departments.
- Perform certain administrative follow-up and coordination tasks.
- Collaborate on projects to improve internal processes and tools.
- Discover interactions with colleagues as well as with suppliers.
Required profile:
- In the final year of Business School / High School, economics and commerce option.
- Meeting the admission requirements for the commercial professional maturity (MPC).
- Strong interest in the health sector and administrative field.
- Organizational skills, rigor, and ability to work in a team.
- Dynamic, curious, and eager to learn.
