As a member of the urban planning team within the interdisciplinary business unit, you actively shape inner development and play a central role in larger planning projects in the Oberwetzikon center area.
- Independently lead and coordinate municipal planning projects (quality assurance procedures, public design and neighborhood planning procedures, participation processes) and accompany private planning procedures
- Project management and controlling as well as coordination of professional alignment at all planning levels
- Ensure demand-oriented internal and external communication and the involvement of all stakeholders
- Develop well-founded and comprehensible bases for political decisions
- University of applied sciences or technical college degree in spatial planning or comparable qualification combined with practical experience/additional training
- Proven project management experience in the field
- Interdisciplinary understanding and networked thinking
- High communication skills (oral and written) and negotiation skills
- Team player as well as resilient personality
- Motivation and willingness to advocate for the city's concerns in the tension field between politics and administration
