Your main task is the holistic care and support of our clients as well as the deployment planning and coordination of client assignments via the Perigon program. You are responsible for care, medical technology, and administration in client assignments according to your competencies. In deployment planning/coordination, you are the hub for the 38 home care employees and the first point of contact for clients and their relatives. You organize and coordinate assignments and short-term schedule changes. In doing so, you rely on your experience in home care, your resilience, and your demand for qualitative work execution.
