- You ensure that our production lines run smoothly and that cleanliness, quality, and safety are guaranteed at all times.
- As a present contact person on the line, you actively support your team in everyday tasks and organize efficient personnel deployment during your shift.
- If disruptions occur, you coordinate quickly and solution-oriented with the technical service and keep all processes securely under control.
- With your own training sessions, you strengthen the know-how in the team, accompany new employees, and contribute your ideas to continuously advance processes and collaboration.
- Through careful documentation, you record the shift progress, work reliably in MES/SAP, and ensure a clear flow of information between all areas.
What you bring with you
- You have experience in production and feel at home in a technical or food-related environment.
- With your pronounced technical understanding, you enjoy working directly on the line as well as in the administrative area.
- As a responsible leader, you lead people with clarity and always keep an overview even in hectic situations.
- You are characterized by a structured and reliable way of working as well as a high awareness of quality.
- Thanks to your flexibility, you are willing to work shifts, take on on-call duties if needed, and quickly and motivatedly acquire new tools such as MES or SAP.
