Your Tasks
Your task is to support and promote people who are limited in their everyday ability to act in such a way that their motor and cognitive as well as psychological and social abilities are regained or maintained.
Your Profile
- Completed training as an occupational therapist (m/f/d) and/or completed training as a carpenter (m/f/d)
- Interest in working with difficult, personality-disordered, psychotic or intellectually disabled patients in a multiprofessional team
- High degree of independence, resilience, ability to work in a team, flexibility
- Ability and willingness for reflective communication with patients, employees, supervisors, and other professional groups
- Willingness for own further training and education
- Ability to take responsibility and implement decisions/team decisions made
