Your Tasks
- You are responsible for the recording and maintenance of property and rental contract data (contact details, rents, notice periods, etc.)
- You conduct targeted correspondence with our internal and external stakeholders
- You request missing documents and follow up in a timely manner
- You assist with administrative tasks
- You digitize our property and contract documents
Your Profile
- You have completed a KV apprenticeship EFZ or an equivalent qualification
- Your mother tongue is German, Italian, or French at level B1 is a great advantage
- You possess high social and self-competence with the ability for self-management
- You have very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
- You enjoy focusing on recurring tasks over a longer period and place great importance on accuracy
