You strategically develop our e-commerce platform (B2B/B2C) further and ensure that it is easy and secure to use for our customers. You take responsibility for the product backlog, manage agile projects, and coordinate external partners. You are the bridge between business and technology and ensure clear communication with all parties involved. You have no line management responsibility but take on leadership responsibility in projects. You work directly in the department line with the Head of Digital, Innovation & Technology and the management. You are responsible for ensuring platform availability and customer satisfaction. You optimize interfaces and take care of SEO and UX to keep our platforms user-friendly. You ensure data security and comply with all regulatory requirements. You analyze KPIs and derive concrete improvements for our platform and processes. You bring in new ideas to strengthen our omnichannel processes and improve the customer journey. Through your market analyses and competitive comparisons, you provide valuable impulses for the further development of our platform. You bring experience in Swiss e-commerce – ideally in the healthcare environment. You know regulatory requirements such as revDSG, WCAG 2.1+, and Swissmedic and naturally implement data protection. You have an understanding of HL7 FHIR standards and health data interoperability. You are networked, strong in communication, and present yourself convincingly.
