As part of the development of our activity, we are looking for a
Production Team Leader (M/F/D) with a mechanical profile and good knowledge of computer-controlled automated lines
A true link between the field and production management, you ensure the coordination, performance, and cohesion of your team on the line.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a production team (technicians, operators)
- Organize work on the automated line to achieve productivity and quality objectives
- Ensure the proper functioning of mechanical and automated equipment
- Contribute to continuous improvement (methods 5S, Lean Manufacturing, Sigma, etc.)
- Monitor performance indicators (OEE, rejects, stops, pace…)
- Identify causes of malfunctions and propose corrective actions
- Train and support employees in skill development
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and hygiene rules
Profile
- Technical training (mechanics, electrotechnics, automation, industrial maintenance or equivalent)
- Proven experience in automated production or on robotic lines
- Good leadership, team cohesion, and communication skills
- Ability to anticipate, analyze, and react quickly to unforeseen events
- Proficiency in industrial IT tools and continuous improvement approaches
- You are quick-witted, rigorous, and driven by the pursuit of collective performance
