Residential Group Leader 80-100% (Dipl. Registered Nurse HF or Long-term Care HF)
The Rosengarten Laufental Senior Center offers a modern and family-like home to 130 residents. The senior center is located in a quiet area near the "Stedtli" with its urban amenities.

An exciting area of responsibility with opportunities for co-design, progressive employment conditions, and diverse training and further education opportunities await you. The position is to be filled from March 1, 2026, or by arrangement.
Your tasks
- You ensure the professional and individual care of the residents in the protected residential group and guarantee a high quality of care
- You lead a residential group with 30 residents with dementia and a team of about 25 employees and trainees
- You work directly in care and take on daily responsibility
- You are the first contact person for concerns of residents, relatives, and external stakeholders (doctors, etc.)
- You conduct employee interviews and lead team meetings
- You participate in projects
- You independently manage the electronic care documentation with RAISoft
Your profile
- You have a professional qualification as a certified registered nurse HF or long-term care HF
- You bring several years of professional experience in long-term care
- You are a team player and have already gained initial leadership experience
- You have a high degree of independence, strong assertiveness, and pronounced social competence
- You bring communication and organizational skills
- You have good IT skills
- You speak and write German very well
- You are a positive, motivated, and responsible personality
