Job Description

For our growing GMP contract laboratory, we are looking for a dedicated, hands-on Sample
Manager (80 - 100%) to strengthen our dynamic team. In this versatile role, you are responsible for sample registration and ensure that all samples are correctly and efficiently prepared for subsequent analysis. You will also take on the organization and coordination of sample shipments. • Registration and control of sample material for subsequent analysis
• Subcontracting analyses to Eurofins partner laboratories
• Shipping of sample material to other Eurofins locations for examination
• Shipping and coordination of consumables to the customer
• Coordination of the Eurofins courier service in cooperation with the customer
• Transfer analytical results into our Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS)
• Manage the interface between the laboratory and customer service
• Answer customer calls and forward them according to the information
• Support monitoring orders at customers

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, food, retail, or laboratory
• Interest in microbiology and/or pharmaceutical product analysis
• Accurate, structured working style
• High customer and service orientation
• Relevant professional experience in a regulated environment is an advantage (ISO 17025, GLP, ideally GMP)
• Good understanding of IT and office applications, ideally experience with LIMS systems
• Team player, responsible and reliable
• Possess a valid category B driving license
• Good German and good English skills
• French skills are an advantage
