Operations Manager / Supervisor Cleaning Services

About the job

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed, responsible, and solution-oriented individual who enjoys working operationally, taking on leadership, and values direct contact with customers.

Your tasks:

• Contact person for our customers and first point of contact for concerns
• Forwarding and monitoring of additional services according to customer requirements
• Leadership and support of around 40 employees
• Ensuring smooth operations on site
• Independent recruitment of new employees
• Introduction and training of employees
• Review and continuous optimisation of work processes
• Various administrative tasks such as data entry, recording working hours, as well as monitoring absences and assignments
• Conducting regular quality checks

Your qualifications:

• At least 2 years of professional experience in the cleaning industry
• Experience in managing employees
• Confident, well-groomed appearance and strong customer orientation
• Motivated, proactive personality accustomed to working independently
• Flexible availability
• Strong assertiveness, social skills, and communication abilities
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
• Driving licence category B
• Good user knowledge of MS Office is essential
