True to this motto, the Residential and Office Center for the Physically Disabled (WBZ) promotes self-responsibility, independence, and social integration of people with primarily physical disabilities. We are committed to enabling people with disabilities to live self-determined lives and engage in meaningful, qualified work.
For our Participation department, we are looking for an Employee Support, Rooms and Activities (50%) to start immediately or by arrangement.
Your tasks:
•Planning, organizing, and accompanying internal and external participation-oriented individual and group offers
•Promoting the self-determination of residents through opportunities for co-design and decision-making participation
•You support the residents in actively contributing their skills and interests and enabling participation in community life
•In addition, you work with the interdisciplinary care team to develop inclusive offers
Your profile:
•Completed training as an activation therapist / activation specialist, care specialist, or a comparable qualification
•Experience working with people with physical impairments
•Enjoy supporting residents in their self-determination and participation
•Creativity, flexibility, and initiative in designing activities and leisure offers
•Teamwork skills and commitment to an inclusive, appreciative working environment
•You have good oral and written German skills and are accustomed to working with a PC (MS Office)
