- Leading, motivating, and guiding a team
- Preparing construction offers and work preparations
- Personal support of customers from planning to maintenance
- Depending on interest and suitability: participation in design and planning
Requirements
- Passion for natural and ecological gardening
- Experience in construction execution and project preparation
- Strong leadership, engaging personality with overview
- Qualification as a landscape gardener EFZ and professional examination FA (senior gardener or equivalent)
- Advanced ecological expertise
- Driver's license category B and BE
