Financial Accountant 80 - 100%
For our service center at the headquarters in Zurich, we are looking for a Financial Accountant 80-100% for the finance team (16 employees) starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks
- Independent management and coordination of the accounting for several group companies
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (OR / ideally Swiss GAAP FER)
- Participation in budgeting, forecasting, and building controlling structures
- Close collaboration with the CFO on analyses, reporting, and strategic projects
- Active involvement in the introduction of the new ERP system at subsidiaries and in the further development of financial processes
- Preparation and support of external audits
- Perspective: Gradual assumption of the professional and personnel management of the accounting team (4 people)
Your profile
- Reliable completion of financial statements according to OR (SWISS GAAP FER advantageous)
- Completed further education, ideally a professional certificate in finance and accounting or a bachelor's degree in business administration (FH / university)
- Very good Excel skills and interest in digital tools and process automation
- Strong quality awareness, structured working style, and punctuality
- Enjoy taking responsibility, driving things forward, and shaping new topics
- Team player with a pronounced "hands-on" mentality and high social competence
