Your Scope of Influence
- You take over the site management in Chur and are responsible for the technical and personnel leadership as well as the further development of your team and the HVAC department
- You independently lead and coordinate complex, interdisciplinary building technology projects from planning to implementation.
- You take on the overall project management and ensure that deadlines, costs, and quality are always kept in view.
- You develop intelligent, sustainable concepts that meet the highest technical and economic requirements and advise our customers in a solution-oriented and competent manner.
- As the central contact person, you ensure smooth collaboration between internal and external project participants as well as the customers.
- You promote teamwork and ensure that all trades work together purposefully.
Your Competence
- You have training as a building technology planner EFZ as well as further education as a technician HF or engineer FH in building technology & energy.
- You have several years of experience in managing complex building technology projects. If you originally come from the sanitary trade, that is a plus for us.
- You bring experience in the technical and personnel leadership of teams.
- With your assertiveness and your focus on the essentials, you successfully lead projects to their goal.
- You make forward-looking decisions and find clear solutions even in dynamic situations.
- Your structured, open communication helps you to engage your team as well as all project participants and keep an overview.
