What you will do here
- Plan, coordinate, organize, independently carry out and further develop roadshows, education fairs and class visits for student acquisition
- Ensure the successful implementation of appearances: from logistical handling to the appropriate on-site appearance, organizing and briefing additional booth staff, to presence on site and marketing of study programs in conversations with interested parties
- Further develop, plan and market information events for study programs
- Further develop and maintain stakeholder management with feeder schools
- Ensure target group-oriented marketing of study programs at events
What you ideally bring with you
- Completed commercial training with further education in communication/marketing or comparable; experience in event and project management is an advantage
- Customer-oriented, target group-oriented and initiative thinking and acting
- Quick comprehension, independent, proactive and structured way of working
- "Hands-on" mentality with joy in traveling a lot and inspiring people
- Enjoy working with different people; open, proactive and approachable personality
- Confident German skills, good French and English skills
- Driver's license category B (possibly BE and B1) and ideally categories D-D1E
